InvisiPlate Refunds, Refunds and Shipping Policies
Please check your products when you receive them and do not open the packaging if there is any discrepancy.
- If you were sent the wrong products, we will pay for the return of the products and send you the products you ordered.
- If you discover you ordered the wrong products, you can send them back and we will credit your payment with a coupon to reorder the products.
- If you have any other situation where there is a discrepancy, such as the rare case where your order was paid, and you did not receive an order and payment confirmation from our website to your email, please contact us during normal business hours so we can make the appropriate arrangements for you.
- InvisiPlate offers two affordable shipping plans and most orders are shipped the next day unless they are made after 3pm.
- The Tax Rate for customers located in Texas includes calculation of the shipping charges as required.
